Thank you for visiting and shopping at vcarepharmacy2u.com.my. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Delivery Policy:
SHIPMENT POLICY
Your orders are packed and shipped from Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday and selected holidays are processed on the next business day. Shipping cost will automatically be calculated on your order depending on the order amount. We ship goods via local express courier services. When your parcel is sent out, you will get the information via email.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed until all information are verified by the buyer. Any changes on delivery address is not allowed after payment is made.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
DELIVERY POLICY
All orders will be processed within 3 to 5 working days. Please expect 2 to 5 working days for West Malaysia (Peninsular) and 5 to 10 working days for East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) to receive the order once the shipment is out for delivery.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND TRACE ORDER
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you have not received your tracking number, please contact us at vcarepharmacyonline@gmail.com.
DAMAGES
Vcarepharmacy2u.com.my is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We currently do not ship outside Malaysia.
